The size you have in mind and whether you want artwork on it. If you are not sure what size, describe the road it will be seen from and how far away. That is a more useful question than a number in feet.
If you are in greater Phoenix or Tucson, say so. The service programme may suit you better than owning one.

What happens next
A price and a realistic schedule. Production is three to seven days after artwork approval and shipping is two to five business days, so most orders fly inside two weeks.
Terms are week to week on service, with no contract and no minimum.
